Firearm Sales & FFL Requirements
All firearm sales are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. Firearms will only be transferred to the purchaser in accordance with applicable law. Firearms requiring shipment will be shipped only to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) for transfer to the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for selecting an eligible receiving FFL and for complying with any background check, identification, waiting period, age, residency, or other legal requirements applicable to the transfer.
Local firearm purchases may be picked up from Battle Born Tactical by appointment and are subject to all required transfer procedures and background-check requirements. No firearm will be transferred to any person who is prohibited from possessing or receiving a firearm.
Orders, Pricing & Availability
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Battle Born Tactical. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to inventory errors, pricing errors, distributor availability, legal restrictions, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the transaction.
Product prices and availability may change without notice. Items sourced through distributors or special order may become unavailable after an order or quote is submitted. If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact the customer and, when applicable, issue a refund for amounts paid for the unavailable item.
Shipping & Delivery
Firearms may only be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) unless otherwise permitted by law. Customers are responsible for providing or selecting an appropriate receiving FFL and for any transfer fees charged by that dealer.
Non-firearm products may be shipped directly to the customer where legally permitted. Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on federal, state, or local law. Battle Born Tactical reserves the right to refuse or cancel shipment of any product to a location where the sale, possession, or delivery of that product is prohibited.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on product availability, distributor processing, carrier delays, FFL verification, and other circumstances outside our control.
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before shipment or fulfillment when possible. Once a firearm has been shipped to a receiving FFL, cancellation may not be possible and additional shipping, return, or restocking charges may apply.
Firearms that have been transferred to the purchaser are generally considered final sale and cannot be returned to Battle Born Tactical. Any firearm believed to have a manufacturing defect should be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty or service procedures.
Returns of eligible non-firearm products must be approved by Battle Born Tactical before being sent back. Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition with its original packaging unless otherwise agreed. Shipping charges, transfer fees, background-check fees, and other service fees are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by Battle Born Tactical.
Special Orders
Special-order items are products obtained specifically at a customer’s request and may require payment before the order is placed with the distributor or supplier. Availability and pricing are not guaranteed until the order is confirmed.
Because special-order merchandise is obtained specifically for the customer, special orders may be non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order has been placed with the distributor or supplier. Any applicable cancellation, return shipping, or restocking charges may be deducted from an approved refund.
Special-order firearms remain subject to all applicable firearm transfer requirements. If the purchaser is unable to legally complete the firearm transfer, any return or refund will be subject to applicable shipping, distributor, and restocking charges.
Age & Eligibility Requirements
By purchasing products from Battle Born Tactical, the customer represents that they are legally permitted to purchase, possess, and receive the products ordered. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to their purchase.
Firearm purchasers must meet all applicable federal and state age requirements and successfully complete any required background check or other transfer requirements. Battle Born Tactical reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction when required by law or when we reasonably believe the transaction cannot legally be completed.
Providing false information, attempting to purchase a firearm on behalf of a prohibited person, or otherwise attempting to circumvent applicable firearm laws will result in the transaction being refused or cancelled.
Background Checks & Denied Transfers
All firearm transfers are subject to any background check and identification requirements required by applicable law. A firearm will not be transferred until all required procedures have been successfully completed.
If a firearm transfer is denied, delayed, or otherwise cannot be completed, the firearm will remain in the possession of Battle Born Tactical or the receiving FFL, as applicable. The customer is responsible for resolving any background-check issues through the appropriate government agency.
A denied or legally prohibited transfer does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a full refund. Any refund or return may be reduced by non-refundable processing costs, shipping charges, transfer fees, or distributor/restocking fees actually incurred in connection with the transaction.
Product Restrictions & Customer Responsibility
Certain firearms, ammunition, magazines, accessories, and other products may be restricted or prohibited in particular states or local jurisdictions. Battle Born Tactical may restrict or cancel orders when we determine that a product cannot legally be sold, shipped, transferred, or possessed at the customer’s location.
Customers are responsible for knowing the laws applicable to the purchase, possession, and use of products they order. Acceptance of an order by our website does not constitute a representation that a product is legal for the customer to purchase or possess.
If an order cannot be completed because of a legal restriction applicable to the customer or destination, any refund may be reduced by shipping, return, processing, or restocking charges actually incurred.
Payment & Fraud Prevention
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order will be processed or shipped. Battle Born Tactical may delay, hold, or cancel an order if additional information is needed to verify the purchaser, payment method, billing information, or legitimacy of the transaction.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions that we reasonably believe may involve fraud, unauthorized payment methods, false information, attempted straw purchases, or other unlawful activity.
If a payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back after an order has been fulfilled, Battle Born Tactical reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.
Privacy & Customer Information
Customer information collected through our website, checkout process, contact forms, or other communications will be used to process orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, comply with applicable legal requirements, and operate our business.
Certain information may be shared with service providers involved in completing a transaction, including payment processors, distributors, shipping providers, receiving FFL dealers, and other parties when reasonably necessary to process or fulfill an order or comply with applicable law.
Battle Born Tactical does not sell customer personal information. Information may be retained when necessary for legitimate business purposes or when required by federal, state, or local law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Battle Born Tactical will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, possession, use, misuse, storage, transfer, or transportation of any product purchased through our website or services.
Customers are responsible for the safe and lawful possession, storage, handling, transportation, and use of all products purchased from Battle Born Tactical. Products should be used only for their intended purposes and in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, manufacturers and distributors may change product specifications, packaging, features, or other details without notice, and website information may occasionally contain errors or omissions.
