Battle Born Tactical ships firearms, ammunition, accessories, and other products in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Because shipping requirements vary depending on the type of product ordered and the customer’s location, customers should review this policy before placing an order.
Firearm Shipping & FFL Requirements
Firearms may only be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Firearms purchased through Battle Born Tactical will not be shipped directly to a customer’s residence or other non-licensed address when an FFL transfer is required.
Customers are responsible for selecting or providing an eligible receiving FFL that is willing to accept the firearm and complete the required transfer. Orders may be delayed until the receiving dealer’s FFL information has been received and verified.
The name of the individual purchasing the firearm should correspond with the individual who will complete the transfer with the receiving FFL. All firearm transfers remain subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, identification requirements, background checks, age requirements, and any other requirements imposed by law or the receiving dealer.
Receiving FFL Fees
The receiving FFL is an independent business and may charge the customer a transfer fee, background-check fee, storage fee, or other applicable charges.
Fees charged by the receiving FFL are separate from the purchase price and shipping charges paid to Battle Born Tactical and are the customer’s responsibility.
Customers are encouraged to confirm the receiving dealer’s fees and transfer policies before placing an order.
Inspect Firearms Before Completing the Transfer
Customers should carefully inspect a firearm at the receiving FFL before completing the transfer and taking possession.
If a firearm arrives damaged, is not the firearm ordered, or has another apparent issue, do not complete the transfer. Contact Battle Born Tactical promptly so we can work with the distributor, manufacturer, shipping carrier, or other applicable party to determine the appropriate resolution.
Once a firearm has been transferred to the customer by the receiving FFL, the sale is generally considered final in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
Local Pickup
Eligible firearms may be picked up from Battle Born Tactical by appointment when local pickup is available.
Local firearm transfers remain subject to all applicable identification, background-check, age, residency, waiting-period, and other federal, state, and local requirements.
Payment or placement of an order does not guarantee that a firearm can legally be transferred to the purchaser.
Distributor-Fulfilled Orders
Some products sold by Battle Born Tactical may be fulfilled and shipped directly by an authorized distributor or fulfillment provider.
For eligible firearm orders, a distributor may ship the firearm directly to the customer’s selected receiving FFL. Certain manufacturers or distributors may instead require a firearm to be shipped to Battle Born Tactical before it can be forwarded to the customer’s receiving FFL.
Accessories, ammunition, and other non-firearm products may also be fulfilled directly by a distributor where permitted.
Shipping carriers, fulfillment locations, packaging, tracking availability, and delivery times may therefore vary by product and distributor.
Ammunition & Non-Firearm Products
Ammunition, accessories, optics, magazines, and other non-firearm products may generally be shipped directly to the customer’s eligible shipping address where permitted by law.
Certain products may be subject to age restrictions, carrier requirements, adult-signature requirements, or federal, state, or local shipping restrictions.
Battle Born Tactical reserves the right to request additional information or cancel an order if a product cannot legally or reasonably be shipped to the requested destination.
State & Local Restrictions
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products they order may legally be purchased, possessed, received, and used in their jurisdiction.
Firearms, magazines, ammunition, firearm components, and other regulated products may be restricted or prohibited in certain states, cities, counties, or other jurisdictions.
Battle Born Tactical and its fulfillment partners may restrict or cancel orders when a product cannot lawfully be shipped, transferred, possessed, or received at the customer’s location.
An order being accepted by the website does not constitute a representation that the product is legal for the customer to purchase, possess, or receive.
Where applicable, FFL selection, product restrictions, and fulfillment eligibility may be verified during order processing.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before an order is finalized when available.
Shipping costs may vary based on the product, distributor, destination, carrier, shipment method, weight, dimensions, or special handling requirements.
Orders containing products fulfilled from multiple locations may arrive in separate shipments.
Processing & Delivery Times
Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Order processing may depend on product availability, payment authorization, fraud review, distributor processing, receiving-FFL verification, legal or regulatory requirements, carrier schedules, and other circumstances outside Battle Born Tactical’s control.
Firearm orders will not be released for shipment until required receiving-FFL information has been obtained and verified.
Customers will receive tracking information when available.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and receiving-FFL information.
Non-firearm orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping or return charges.
Firearm shipments will only be sent to the verified licensed premises or other address permitted under applicable law for the receiving FFL.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments
Customers should inspect packages promptly upon delivery.
If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, is missing merchandise, or appears to have been lost in transit, contact Battle Born Tactical as soon as reasonably possible.
Customers should retain the product, packaging, shipping materials, labels, and other relevant documentation while the issue is investigated.
Battle Born Tactical may request photographs, tracking information, or other documentation necessary to work with the distributor, manufacturer, fulfillment provider, or shipping carrier.
Refused & Undeliverable Shipments
Orders that are refused, returned as undeliverable, or cannot be completed because of inaccurate customer information, an unavailable or unwilling receiving FFL, legal restrictions, or failure to complete required transfer procedures may be subject to applicable shipping, return-shipping, distributor, cancellation, or restocking charges.
Any refund will be handled in accordance with the Battle Born Tactical Refund and Returns Policy.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Contact Battle Born Tactical as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed or canceled.
Once an order has been submitted to a distributor, entered fulfillment, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Applicable cancellation, return, shipping, distributor, or restocking charges may apply as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.
