Battle Born Tactical sells and ships firearms, ammunition, magazines, accessories, and related products only where permitted by applicable federal, state, and local law.
Firearm and ammunition laws vary significantly by jurisdiction and may change without notice. Certain states, counties, cities, and other jurisdictions restrict specific firearms, magazine capacities, ammunition, firearm components, or other products.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any product they order may lawfully be purchased, possessed, received, and used in their jurisdiction.
An order being accepted by our website does not constitute a representation that the product is legal for the customer to purchase, possess, or receive.
Battle Born Tactical reserves the right to refuse, cancel, modify, or place an order on hold when necessary to comply with applicable law, manufacturer or distributor restrictions, receiving-FFL requirements, or other regulatory requirements.
Firearms
Firearms requiring transfer through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) will be shipped only to an appropriately licensed receiving FFL unless otherwise permitted by law.
The receiving FFL is responsible for completing the legally required transfer procedures before releasing the firearm to the purchaser.
Certain firearms may be prohibited or restricted based on configuration, features, type, capacity, or other characteristics under the laws applicable to the purchaser or receiving FFL.
Magazine Restrictions
Magazine-capacity restrictions vary by jurisdiction. Battle Born Tactical will not knowingly ship magazines to a destination where possession or receipt of that magazine would violate applicable law.
Orders containing magazines that exceed an applicable capacity restriction may be canceled, modified where reasonably possible, or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable law and our Refund and Returns Policy.
Battle Born Tactical does not guarantee that a restricted magazine can be removed or substituted from a firearm package.
Ammunition
Ammunition sales and shipments are subject to applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
Certain jurisdictions may impose age restrictions, identification requirements, licensing or permit requirements, ammunition restrictions, shipping restrictions, or requirements that ammunition be delivered through an authorized dealer or other approved location.
Battle Born Tactical will not knowingly ship ammunition to a destination where shipment or receipt is prohibited.
State and Local Licensing Requirements
Certain jurisdictions require purchasers to possess specific licenses, permits, identification cards, or other documentation before purchasing or receiving firearms, ammunition, magazines, or related products.
Where required, additional documentation may be requested before an order is processed or released for shipment.
Restricted Locations
Certain products may not be shipped to jurisdictions where their sale, possession, receipt, or delivery is prohibited. Restrictions may exist at the state, county, city, municipal, or other local level.
Because local laws can differ within the same state, an item that is generally lawful in a state may still be restricted at the customer’s specific destination.
Order Review & Cancellation
Orders may be reviewed for legal and regulatory compliance before fulfillment.
If an order cannot lawfully be completed, Battle Born Tactical may cancel the order or affected item. Any refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and may be reduced by non-refundable distributor, processing, cancellation, shipping, return-shipping, or restocking charges actually incurred when permitted by law.
Receiving FFL Responsibility
Customers are encouraged to confirm with their selected receiving FFL that the firearm or other regulated product can legally be transferred to them before placing an order.
A receiving FFL’s willingness to accept a shipment does not guarantee that the firearm or product can legally be transferred to the purchaser.
Compliance Verification
Battle Born Tactical may use information provided by distributors, fulfillment providers, receiving FFLs, compliance services, government sources, and other reasonably reliable sources when determining whether an order may be fulfilled.
If legality or eligibility cannot reasonably be confirmed, Battle Born Tactical reserves the right to decline or cancel the transaction.
